Is Jerry Jones still holding a grudge? He's even been quoted that he *** up. They seem to get along now. Jimmy is even in the Hall of Fame but he's not in the Cowboys Ring of Honor?

Without Jimmy Johnson, the Cowboys win no Super Bowls in the 90s.

Jerry needs to understand that Jimmy was the "football guy." Jerry was the oil and business guy. I give Jerry credit for buying the team and hiring Jimmy but he was not the football guy.

Jerry said recently there are several he wants to put in roh, and that jimmy would go in with those lol.
So it will be a group thing, which lessens the entry of jimmy.

He does still hold a grudge, they dont really get along, they just pretend they do.

As to when it will happen, only jerry knows.

I think it is a curse on the team, and if he would do it , forgive and forget, cowboys then might have better luck.
Everyone knows Jimmy should already be in roh, and they all think less of jerry for not doing it already.

Jerry only thinks of himself and what he wants, not what fans want or would like, so it may never get done.

Well he shouldn't have gotten on national television and said he would put him in there. Just goes to show you what kind of a person he is. Bottom line. Jerry would never have seen a championship without Jimmy.

Jerry desperately has been hoping for some playoff success of any kind before putting Jimmy into the RoH so that he could at least attempt to argue against the notion that the 90s were all Jimmy so Jerry keeps delaying and delaying thinking that "this will be the year" and it never is.

His wounded ego just couldn't handle it. For Jerry, it was too much to bear.

Eventually, that scenario evolved into a battle of insults that just got out of hand.

As far as the media pictured it, it was viewed as two egos that couldn't co-exist.
