Why isn't Joseph Randle starter material?

I am not going to argue the point any more. I didn't waste time reading this post. The running game produced a great season, but you are willing to let it get weak to draft lower rated defensive players. That is all I have gathered from your post over the last couple of days.

I am done with this argument. you continue spin back to one thing and if you don't read the posts that explains every thing. good luck

I make that assumption because you are willing to draft lower talent at the RB position. I hope you know that elite talent is better than the 4th or 5th Arab on the board. You pretend that there is no difference. By the way, the average defense of Super Bowl winners since 2003 is 11.8. That is a far cry from having to have a top five defense to win a Super Bowl. I know stats are not going to change your mind, but s top defense is not necessary when s good offense is in place. Dallas has that offense.

first I take offense to the comment because I am an Arab. lower talent at RB? by whose standard? and who says the defensive player available at our pick is not rated higher than available RB? you do understand player ratings right? and if their average defense is 11.8 (wow averages...awesome).... what's their running game average? and who says you have to be a top five defense? see you just spin spin spin spin spin spin... and yet say nothing at the end.

obviously you are a fantasy football player, new to football and think that rushing yards equal to points equal to league championship. that's very clear from everyone of your posts.

I gave you the numbers that reflected the average rankings of a Super Bowl winning defenses before I told you that we was not going to agree. I tried to back out of the debate several posts back. We disagree. No big deal.

Not many 3 down backs in this league anymore, Randle isnt even as good as Ellington and he is just a 2 down back as well. They are a dime a dozen.

Can't trust him.

&, at least in my book, trust is a major deal If you're talking about pinning your Super Bowl hopes on the cogs that fit within the mechanism.

Only if you compare their stats. Anyone who watched Hambrick play knew he was garbage despite his stats. Randle has talent, unlike hambrick, and has the ability to be a good starter.

Mentally, on the other hand...

I don't know, it has been many years but I do recall Hambrick looking pretty good as 22's backup. I do remember many fans believing that it was easier to let 22 go with the emergence of Hambrick. Regardless, I don't dislike Randle but I know he was one of the worst starters in the league as a rookie when he got his show while Murray was still a Pro Bowl player in the same circumstances behind that line. While I do agree Randle seemed to improve last season, I think part of it just has to do with the fact that he was so fresh considering how few carries he got and he stood out more on the screen because he was quicker than Murray, especially later in the season when Murray obviously was slowing down.

Randle could be the guy, I would probably want him to start over anyone else on our roster but that is not exactly an endorsement for me considering what else we have. We need to invest a premium pick on running back(top 3 rounds) and if Randle has the better camp then give him the job.

Ellington is a good back who was injured all of last season I would take him over anything we have right now in a heart beat.
