We have not made an NFC Championship game in almost 30 years BUT 2 teams from our division make the NFC Championship game this year, after having losing records the year before!!!!

Change can happen quickly if an organization makes good decisions. This includes, picking the right coaches and coordinators, drafting well, good trades, smart Free Agent moves, and smart salaries (Not over paying a mediocre QB who consistently losses to good defenses).

We need to start with Deion and 2 smart coordinators!

With all due respect I prefer Washington, in Philadelphia were not playing in the championship game. I heard this line of reasoning in 2017 when the Eagles won the Super Bowl. And when they went back to the Super Bowl a couple years ago. Jerry didn't change his philosophy, and he won't now.

Yeah we should have never gave Dak a 60 mil a year deal, especially at 32 years old and he has had very little playoff success. But that's the dumb stuff Jerry Jones do because he falls in love with his own players so much.

I'd rather have a vet like Carroll and two stud coordinators. He old and experienced enough to brush off Jerrah and do it his way. It would be his last job and would laugh off Jerry. Wouldn't care who got the credit
