I would rather have a defensive end who would harass a qb all day long over a shutdown cornerback any and everyday of the week.

Marcus Spears still has a chance to proce he is good. I understand why we ddin't get Castillo because of his steroid test and because he went to a smaller school and it could have possibly looked stupid to pick two first rounders from smaller schools, but Spears was the wrong choice. That bieng said he still has a chance to do good in this system. If he can't, then he is going to be a journey man in a few years, adding to the list of first round defensive players who have busted for us.

That's the job of Jerry Jones.

I have no idea who wants him, but I think we should pick up the phone because it can't hurt at this point in time.

If we did not have Hatcher and Ratliff I would not feel this way.

IMO Hatcher will be starting by mid season. I wouldn't mind Ratliff getting in there more too. Both of them are a better fit for Wade's defense then Spears.
