Why Weeden bashing?

I would bench Weeden just for that slide at the end of the game. I can live with mistakes if you're trying. Weeden looks afraid to screw up. The Falcons took everything he did in the first half away in the second half. And he was at a loss of what to do.
 
Anyone notice that the winning QB didn't throw downfield either? Ryan--24 completions for 285; Weeden--22 completions for 232. The difference is Jones was open short and across the middle all game, and he has the skill to do something with those short receptions.
 
Weeden is not Romo. He did as good or better than can be expected from him. The rest of the team has to have his back. The defense can't let this be a shoot out. The WRs have to catch balls that hit them in the hands. The game plan has to change once the other team adjust to your first half game plan. We were disadvantaged by not having our best guys available but you got suck it up or die. I also give credit to the other team.

Better luck next week, we got to play 4 quarters of football.

I did you're too emotional to see that obviously my first post isn't deleted. It was always about football just with a question for OP aka you that since I didn't quote you could have been ignored and or just talked about the football part. You're little manhood was challenged on a thread about Weeden bra so I became a freak and got you all riled up. Its okay I needed some laughter after this loss and you've provided it. Weeden did do some thing good today indirectly though
 
Weeden's INT killed a drive & resulted in a score for the other team. I don't completely fault him for it, as we should have continued running the ball ( which had been working ) for most of the game. Some stupid penalties made things difficult for him though, so there's plenty of blame to go around. He's not Free of said Blame.

The Falcons put the game in weeden hands because they knew he wouldn't go down field
Not bashing Weeden, he is what he is and that's not enough to win in the nfl
If Cassel had been in there I think even not knowing the playbook he could have won that game
Weeden played good when he only had to throw 5 yards and he has the ability to throw downfield but couldn't get it done

I agree, the defense was the biggest factor in the loss. However Weeden wasn't able to take advantage of them stacking the line in the 2nd half. Didn't really have a chance to try, but none the less.
 
He's so afraid to do anything.

He can't stand in the pocket.

He can't throw downfield without it being a 50/50 proposition.

He can't look left.

He can't roll out and be effective.

He can't go through his reads.

Then, he follows it all up with "my bad"s and dumb face.

Wade Wilson has made a career out doing nothing but riding Romo's coattails.

You can't call me out on anything I didn't do. I didn't slap your wrist I typed my displeasure as you did after I typed mine. I don't consider that anything but me disagreeing with you making a post. Also I almost always respond to people that quote me or I see something I want to reply to unless its rude. You calling me a freak which in playing sports or doing other things is a positive so why would I consider that rude? I just thought it was funny. Nobody online can get me upset. This is just fun back and forth for me honestly,

The difference is our defense did not load the box constantly because we feared the combo of Matt and Julio, top players at their position.

Then was burned by both the run and the pass.
