something i've been trying lately is pressure cooking. i can slap in a roast and in 45 minutes be eating.

i took that one step further and got a whole chicken (dead and processed of course, i'm not an animal) and marinated that in mexican seasonings for a few hours and cooked it for 40 minutes, pulled it out, drained it through a colander, then pulled the meat apart and let it soak in just a little of the juices i drained out.

slap that into some taco shells (soft or hard) with however you like to make your tacos and it was damn good. the pork version was ok but i'll go back to the bbq flavor on the pork stuff.

We have two pressure cookers... they do an amazing job for tenderizing and cooking fast...

We make a DELICIOUS Irish Stew...

It's 8:50 am and my mouth is watering. That was devastatingly beautiful brisket.
