55% of the voters may be correct yet again. It’s apparent that Dakota isnt held in high esteem by MM. McCarthy has had truly elite QBs in the past an he doesn’t want to hitch his wagon to this mule.

Dalton may not be the long term answer, since he’s past his prime, but he’s an excellent stop gap till MM gets his next elite QB.

It’s happening right our very eyes but the die hards won’t come to terms with that till Rayne Dakota is wearing another teams uniform..........not that there’s anything wrong with that.
Nail on the head!

Looks less likely now. This is what Daks agent wanted was for mahomes to drive the market up. But he don’t realize this is just a huge extension that will never make all 10 or 12 years. It’s huge money but will be redone in 5 years or so. Daks agent is a straight up deal and JJ can’t prorate or kick money down the road, I don’t think Daks agent cares and he should. No matter where he goes in a few years it’s a straight contract.

No team will pay Dak 45 a year. They won’t pay him 40 a year. Current offer is around 36. Maybe the final offer is 37-38. Daks agent is either a idiot or had 37-38 in mind the while time. His agent has already cost him money and is looking to save face as a agent and make some of it up. Once he pulled the rug out last year after the fins game when the deal was almost done caused bad blood. From what I hear Daks agent is fairly new to the game compared to other NFL agents.
