OK OK, lets seperate the faithful from the un-faithful.

Will Dallas beat KC?

I say yes.

I like KC. I just think we match up pretty well. Your offensive line has got to be making Gunther Cunningham drool.

This game is the Boys Defense's to win or lose. If Larry Johnson is allowed to run wild on your "RealGrass", it will be a long day for Drew and Co.

Faithful and blind faith are two very different things. Going by what I've seen this season, I know we CAN win, but I don't think we WILL win.

Rooting for the Boys to win is being faithful. Overlooking major issues on offense is blind faith.

I think Bledsoe needs to put together a good game for us to have a chance. Can he do that? Its up for debate.

I deperately want the Cowboys to win on Sunday. Even at my age, I have trouble preventing it from affecting my whole week when they lose. But I voted no on the poll. The O-Line must demonstrate they can block, and it hasn't been good for many weeks now (since Az). Until they do I can only surmise our flaws are going to end our season when the regular season ends. I can still be convinced. But I need to see a couple of wins first.

Yes, the Cowboys will win.

I have total confidence that either Henry or Glenn can handle Kennison or Parker/Hall/Horn one-on-one and certainly Newman handle the other side. This will leave tZimmer the luxury of keying on Larry Johnson.

The Chiefs are similar to the Cowboys in many ways, especially offensively. They use the run to set up the playaction pass. The difference between the teams, obviously, is the offensive line play. KC has one of the best in the biz, while our Cowboys are struggling with injuries and productivity at this point.

Keys of this game are: Can they stop Larry Johnson? If so, Green will be forced to pass against (if healthy) one of the best secondaries in football. Tony Gonzalez may be the focus of the passing game against Roy and/or Keith Davis. This is a big game of the Cowboys DL. They need to be able to pressure Green and hold their own against the running game.

So...my key matchup would be the Cowboys DL vs. the Chiefs OL.

I think Dallas will be able to stop Larry Johnson. They have stopped the games top backs all season save an overtime scamper by Ron Dayne. Therefore, with Johnson stopped the Cowboys can tee off on Trent Green who's not the most mobile of QB's.

I predict Dallas winning this game, 13-7.

I don't think we match up as good as most people think. They're D is going to Tee Off on Bledsoe because he's immobile, which leaves our running game. They haven't allowed a hundred yard back in 19 games. We're doomed!!!! Man, it's tough being a cowboy fan!

After watching the Chiefs score all those points against a good Bronco defense and considering our absent pass rush, I have my doubts. I don't see us matching up well with this high powered offense. We would have to be alot more aggressive in our defensive and offensive gameplans. We need to score at least 24 points to have any chance of winning this game!!

Consider how much better the Chiefs are at home compared to their play on the road.

This is a quandry.

We'd love the Cowboys to win out, but that ain't gonna happen. We need them to go 3-1 minimum. So which game do they lose? Most would say Carolina, but the best one to pick for play-off purposes would be Kansas City. They need to win the NFC games.

They, and we, certainly don't need a 3 game loosing streak. Loosing 3 and then winning the last 3 seems very improbable.

So this is the best game to loose and a must-win.

A real quandry.

Go Cowboys!!!

it's likely to boil down, game-by-game, to the same question for the rest of the regular season...

can the Cowboys get a significant contribution from the offensive line?

they have an opportunity to win each time they do. and they have only an outside shot each time they don't...

in the last month the O-line has transitioned from barely mediocre to horrible. and until they show me something better i'm betting this trend will continue.

the chiefs can score some points - can dallas keep up? i don't think so.

if i can't be called a "faithful", "true", or "real" fan because i'm aware of a crushing deficiency in the team - that's okay, too. long as it doesn't affect my TV priveleges on gameday......

I say no. Chiefs win their 4th in a row. Cowboys continue their free-fall and lose their 3rd in a row...board melts down...draft talk starts.

Our D will shut them down just like they've done to other TOP ranked offenses all year long. KC D can be had, especially in their secondary. Big day for Glenn and Crayton. I look for JJ to get off this weekend too. We WIN 28-17...
