I can see where the J.P. Losman wise crack comes from because he and his Bills beat the Chiefs.
But you don't have to rationalize how Losman is better than Bledsoe to convince yourself KC has a chance this week, because it wasn't really Losman that beat the Chiefs, it was that potent KC offense that lost the game by scoring 3 points.
Some of these Chiefs fans are questioning the young, Dallas defense, but I can assure you after looking at your schedule, this will be the best D that your team has faced this season.
I just think it's telling that the Bills were willing to let Bledsoe go when they only had Losman waiting in the wings. We looked like garbage on offense against Buffalo. I'll be the first to admit it. (Losman did make 2 incredible TD throws that day. They were perfection.) I don't think Losman's better, but I don't think Bledsoe's got much left in the tank either.
Dallas has a good D. There's no denying that. I tend to think that our offense, which is finally healthy and hitting on all cylinders, is better than your defense. I base this on our offensive line's dominance. If your d-line can get pressure on Green and take away Dante Hall's KR opportunities, you will win the game. If not, we will win. Green is a surgeon when he has space to step up and throw. Larry Johnson is a monster, and Dante Hall is Dante Hall.
Our successes and failures on offense have been due to the level of offensive line play. Green doesn't have a strong arm by any means. He really has to step up and throw with his entire body. I kind of think it's a bad habit he developed due to his incredible protection over the last 4 years. We have had a patchwork line all year that got healthy 2 weeks ago. Now they're dominating. If your defense can get past the 4 Probowlers (2004) who block for Green (Shields G, Roaf T, Watters G, Richardson FB) then more power to you.
