The Duke said:That's not the point that they have NFL Europe tape on Henson. He still needs the reps in preseason to get better. Parcells has already made up his mind on Henson unfortunately just like he did with Chad Hutchinson.
Henson needs to pull a Hutch and go in BP office and ask what his role is or better yet a Antonio Bryant and throw a jersey in BP's face just to get released so he can go havea chance. I don't recommend the Antonio thing since that carries over but a Hutch act would be respectful and get him released.

Point being? Our head coach knows what he's doing when it comes to the players on his team. He really, really does.

ouch. that one hoitConcordCowboy said:Why would he...Parcells needs to see what he has in Baker.
RCowboyFan said:Hmm... I wouldn't rule out Bryant just yet. I thought the guy will not get anywhere, but he is not doing so bad either, unlike what I thought he would be.
On other hand, BP doesn't always do the right thing with players. Hugh Douglas had a pretty good career after he was let go by BP. It wasn't the right fit there with Jets I guess.

The Duke said:So BP knows so much about QBs?
So much that he went with a 42 year old he knew he was not going to bring back and played him the last at least 3 throw away games instead of letting Henson and Romo play a little and get valuable playing time. What other position has he done that same policy with and worked?
Now you are about to decide on a multi-year multi-million dollar contract offer to Romo for starter or back-up pay and possibly lose him in free agency ALL BASED ON PRESEASON. Great coaching there.
Don't even bring up his failed attempt to keep on life support a QBs career that could not even make it on a Canadian team as a backup.
It took a sledge hammer to wake him up on Phil Simms, too.

I know everybody is going to pile on here but you guys don't think there might be some interest in Henson from another team do ya?
