He's had years to implement whatever culture he wants and whatever talent he wants. Where are the results.

I am not arguing that Garrett had the same teams as Wade, the fact is that in the same time Wade made the playoffs by winning the NFC East 2 out of 3 years while winning a playoff game while Garrett is 0 for 3 so I don't see how you can say he's done his job better than Wade. Anyway let's hope we have a great year.

Not arguing he hasn't but at the end of the day it's all about results and Garrett has NOT gotten them.
How many more years would you take without them would be my only question?

To undermine someone you have to have some sort of influence over that person.

No one here who is "bashing" Garrett has one iota of influence over him. Therefore, it would be impossible for anyone here to undermine him.

And you guys are just seeing this identity. What about changing coordinators and playcallers every single year screams consistent identity? Even McClay himself has only been on this job for a few months.

I am surprised McClay talked about this since this is a secret Garrett initiative to give cowboys a leg up on other teams

Once this revolutionary Garrett RKG philosophy/plan permeates the NFL , all teams will be on the same level but for now we have a great advantage as evidenced by our record

You clearly pay no attention. What did the drafts under Wade bring us? What have the drafts under Garrett brought us? One is clearly superior, and its not Wade. The team sucked the last few years because 2007, 2008, and 2009 under Wade were awful drafts, left the cupboard bare. Wade choked away a top seed and then missed the playoffs twice when the team had a ton of talent.

All the haters whose simplistic response is "prove it with results" clearly have never built anything to last. Short-term thinkers. I believe going 8-8 for three years with the talent we had and flipping the entire roster IS RESULTS. And establishing an identity and culture are major results. Just compare our drafting under Garrett to Wade and its readily apparent we have results.

Also funny that the haters don't engage with the post or the philosophy. What's wrong with the RKG philosophy? Don't you care that your team has a philosophy and want to know what it is and analyze whether it seems smart? I like the pihlosophy. It is clear and seems very smart. The whole organization is buying into it. This is a good thing. 8-8 records don't change that fact.
