The Mazi Smith War Room performance, and as Broaddus keeps mentikning, that Jerry can be influenced, kind of puts Will in the 'part of the problem category'.
We need change (hopefully someone that stands up to Jerry), or at least doesn't die on the hill of 'that DT has pass-rush potential'.

The whole draft process is flawed at this franchise.
Jerry and his dumb son should have ZERO input, ever.
Coaches have far too much influence.
If McClay went it wouldn't make a blind bit if difference to how this gong show operates

I am not comfortable with the collaborative team effort structure of draft day decisions that ultimately land in Jerry's lap after all the inner circle sources give input.

The hiring of a stand alone, outside of the family GM in charge of all roster construction is the answer and has been the answer since Jimmy's departure.

I’m surprised a Jets team playing musical chairs with GM & Coaches doesn’t make a run at McClay . He would improve that bunch .
