Will McClay is in the final year of his contract, could we lose him?

He's been loved and hated by fans, i'd say he deserves more love than hate if anything. He's helped us draft some good players over the years. Will he be brought back, or will he go elsewhere? What would his loss mean to this organization? Please give your thoughts

Time for fresh ideas and new perspectives. You got an aging injured overpaid QB, ya gotta do something to get this going. I appreciate what Will has *done* (stability in the draft) but it’s not working, and you gotta maximize that contract.

He's just collecting a paycheck as a yes man. I don't know why some like him so much....he doesn't have the sack to stand up to Jerry. I'd love to give someone else a shot.

The issue with Will is that fans compare him to Jerry the GM. Relative to Jerry he looks like a genius. Relative to other GMs he is bottom tier.

The Mazi Smith War Room performance, and as Broaddus keeps mentikning, that Jerry can be influenced, kind of puts Will in the 'part of the problem category'.
We need change (hopefully someone that stands up to Jerry), or at least doesn't die on the hill of 'that DT has pass-rush potential'.

Replace Will its our only **** for change cause Jerry aint leaving. Hire Troy for that job.
