Bingo. Exactly what I was gonna sayWhat else is he going to say? That's just GM talk right there so they don't paint themselves into a box.
Much ado about nothing.

What do you mean?
Those were top talent guys who played under Marinelli and produced big time.
I'm referring to his stay in Dallas. I was getting to has the game passed him by or was it just a matter of him not getting much from Ware and Spencer.
Ware was doing well initially under him, but injured his shoulder. Spencer hurt his knee, needed microfracture, and was never the same player. Marinelli hasn't exactly been operating with anything resembling a full deck. I don't think that he has lost his fastball.
How about Greg Hardy or the rare time he was out there Randy Gregory?
Hardy shut it down once the ******** pictures came out. Gregory did not come back well from his injured ankle in 2015, and had been suspended for all but two games since. That's not a coaching problem.
Marinelli hasn't been working with a full deck throughout his time in Dallas. If you think that he isn't an effective DL coach, that's your prerogative.
BPA that's the best way to go. If Ryan Ramcyzk is there and all the Defense ends we want are gone what do you do?
You have to ask yourself at the end of the day does your offensive line get better with Ramcyzk? I'd say no. How much better can they get at this point?
If the BPA for every Cowboy pick is a center, fullback, running back, guard,or tight end we simply do not need to pick that player. BPA at pick 28 is a center.....pass. BPA within reason based on what you need. The only expecting is if it's a generational player. Once in a lifetime type dude who fellBPA is an opinion. The draft especially after the first10 players has proven to be a real crap shoot. The Cowboys need defensive help and thats what they should draft. They should have learned their lessons regarding the mercenaries and choice FA 's very, very carefully.

Yep. BPA, is a load of crap. Clubs reach, its true, but they reach for what they need most. Are the Cowboys going to draft a QB with the 1 st pick...if he's deemed to be BPA?If the BPA for every Cowboy pick is a center, fullback, running back, guard,or tight end we simply do not need to pick that player. Sure...and give up 10 more on defense. .If you upgrade significantly over Doug Free, then the line can get a LOT better and the offense would add +7 points to its every game potential.
Oooooh let me answer......k k .....the answer is: no sir they will not.Yep. BPA, is a load of crap. Clubs reach, its true, but they reach for what they need most. Are the Cowboys going to draft a QB with the 1 st pick...if he's deemed to be BPA?
Also, teams apparently really value the 5th year option for 1st round picks. So for them to trade down out of the first round, they would have to be overwhelmed with a trade, like a 1st round pick for next year. I can see something like this if lets say the Browns were in love with Deshaun Watson and didn't pick him with their 2nd 1st rounder and he was still on the board at 28, and they feared another team jumping their pick in the 2nd round.Well, they either take the offensive player they like best or trade down. You sure don't take a defensive player you have graded as mid 2nd rounder there. That's would be Cleveland doing that stuff.
