IMO we need to be more worried about WR2, LB more than RB right now
we don't want that, we want passive high character guys lol that'll bake cookies and color pictures during the games (jk)What about skattebo? He would bring some attitude.
and these guys will be out of the league and used up by the time they're in their 4th year!! REPLACE!Yep! I love Ollie Gordon as well
Who is our RB1?IMO we need to be more worried about WR2, LB more than RB right now
Worried. You said we would get him last night.
How you feeling?
Hope so.There are still around 14-15 RB’s left that could easily come in and be the best RB on the team TODAY!!!!! I think they’ll get at least 1 RB, 1 NT, 1 LB, and 1 WR today.
So you wouldn’t have drafted Zeke ?I have said this for many years.
Running back is the one position you should throw numbers at, not high draft picks.
The Cowboys should draft one or two running backs in the 5th to 7th rounds and sign one or two undrafted rookie free agents every year.
You just need to hit on one of them every couple of years to maintain a solid running game without overpaying for it.
so you wouldn’t have drafted Zeke ?I have seen too many running backs in the NFL, not just with the Cowboys, have amazing rookie seasons only to fall off after their first or second season.
I always attributed it to fresh legs and less overthinking during their first season until their team adds more thinking and less instincts to their game after their first season.
Whatever the reason, it's just not worth investing high round draft picks on a position with so many replacements available.
Trade up?????? NO. There will be RB's available at 149.Dylan Sampson and Tuten are still there, please trade up and grab one of them.
I’m good with it.What about skattebo? He would bring some attitude.
You should be GM!I have said this for many years.

4 out of 5 super bowl wins by the Cowboys (at least) had 1st round RBs with Dorsett and Smith. And yet, five of the six leading rushers last season were 1st round picks.
The leading rusher and 2nd leading rusher in the league last season were 1st round picks.
The RBs for three of the four teams that played in the conference championships were 1st round picks.
Seven RB's have been SB MVP, six were 1st round draft picks,
Of the seven RB's to make the Pro Bowl in 2024, four are #1 picks, three are #2 picks.
Talent is an issue for RB squads.
Yes, you can find RB in any round. However, the highly productive RBs in the NFL, the ones you see often in the playoffs are generally taken in the 1st and 2nd rounds.
3 years in a row they could have made an upgrade here and chosen not to. I can't under estimate the position either. Going as far as bringing back a wore out runningback after letting him go makes one kinda, well scratch his head in disbelief.Seems like Dallas used to do that in past drafts
I’m not sure that’s how they even want to use the position. Seems like committee approachWho is our RB1?
You mean losing approach.I’m not sure that’s how they even want to use the position. Seems like committee approach
