Will the coaching staff stay intact?

Do you have evidence he doesn't?

No, I have no 'evidence' of Garrett doing anything - good or bad other than numerous coaching blunders the past three years and, on the other hand, a pretty good job this year so far. I watched the draft war room and saw Garrett basically do nothing. Like I said in my previous post in the same thread a little while ago, none of us have access to the inner workings of the team. So, we really don't know who is doing what and just guessing.

So, you got any evidence or anything relevant to add?

Wouldn't matter since anything relevant gets ignored by you guys anyway.

As has been discussed here Nellie is loyal to Lovie so to me it's a 50/50 guess. His really important

The media has played up the Rod Marinelli loyalty/love for his friend Lovie Smith on multiple occasions this year.

Monte Kiffin willingly stepped aside into a support role and asked that Marinelli replace him this season.

Not once has it been mentioned that 'Nelli might have developed some bonds with the Dallas Cowboys' coaches and players that might encourage him to stay.

The only coach that I would like to see sent packing is.....Rich Bisaccia and maybe Wade Wilson(not sure he does anything).

Biggest fear for me is Marinelli leaving. Broaddus keeps saying he thinks he leaves. The way Jerry handled the Kiffin situation makes me hope that Rod has developed a strong bond with the front office.

I don't know why would Marinelli want to leave for Tampa? Think about it for a second. That team is in turmoil. Plus if Marinelli leaves for Tampa there is a likely chance that Lovie might get canned next year and that would leave Marinelli no place to go but stay in Tampa. Besides, Leslie Frasier is there as DC and I doubt for one second that Lovie is going to can Leslie just so that Marinelli takes over. But thats me thinking this through.

Besides, I think the FO really respects Marinelli. He is in a good position here with the team and the players and I think Jerry will open up his wallet to make sure he doesn't go elsewhere. I think he will stay.

And you know this how? You have access to Valley Ranch? You have some inside info on which coaches are doing what, which coaches are choosing draft picks, etc.? Do you have any examples of Garrett being the 'perfect liason?'

I do think there is evidence that Jerry respects Red a lot, look what he did for him

Bisaccia turned around our special teams last season. I'm willing to give him a pass. He's highly respected.

Wade Wilson's position of responsibility only turned in an MVP type season this year. Plus he's Garrett's eyes from above. They credited Wilson for catching the Celek fumble last week and pushing Garrett to challenge it.

First NFC East title in five years, 11-4 record, playing the best we have in years, great young foundation (save for a young, grooming QB) and clearly on a roll, yet there are still some "fans" who think Garrett fell into this *** backwards.

SMH

As for the staff, I think Callahan is probably the likeliest to leave.

I agree...I could see Sparano coming back for a year or so. Just a guess. I don't see the Raiders keeping him.

If you can't see that I can't help you.

Try harder next time.

Keeping this staff as intact as possible is priority #1 for this offseason in my book. I think that each and every one of these coaches is in the perfect position to maximize their talents and that has been huge for this year's success.

Garrett has been the perfect liaison between jerry and lunacy.

In a nutshell, this is Garrett's extreme value to the organization. It is the sole reason why I had any belief early on that he might succeed. I had my doubts after the awful 2012 offseason (where it appeared that Jerry had lost all patience with Garrett's "processs") but after this season, Garrett might just rest a little more control from the lunatic owner and his dimwitted son.

Garrett appears to have handled the situation beautifully. Allowing the Jones boys to lap up the spotlight, mouth footballisms, and appear as if they actually contribute to the football discussions around the ranch. All the while, Garrett has deftly introduced an actual overriding philosophy and vision for a team.

So although Garrett might not be a good OC, he might not be a good game manager, he has been real good at doing something his strange position requires--mitigating the influence of the Jones boys on the development of the team.

I guess the commentary of the players and coaches isn't evidence at all huh? Results aren't evidence?

Maybe you need to adjust your vision of relevant. Far more likely than you may want to admit.

You conveyed that much better than I did, Dave.

That was my point exactly. Thank you.

Personally, I'd be more worried if Linehan or Marinelli left than if Garrett found work elsewhere. I would say that this year's success has more to do with Linehan and Marinelli than Garrett. Just a guess on my part. No one really knows other than the team since we don't get to see who is involved and their actual input.

Pretty sad that some folks just can't give Garrett credit.

I pray both coordinators stay. That being said, Eberflus has seen a lot and has been around quite a few coordinators in his career. I think he would step in and do a fine job.

I would think Eberflus might start getting some DC offers

Funny - you are comfortable attributing succes to the coordinators based on speculation. But when someone speculates something positive about Garrett, you dismiss it.
