Will the coaching staff stay intact?

Why does everyone just assume Rod has to be the DC in TB?

He came here by being loyal to kiffin and took a demotion...

Now all of a sudden, it's out of the realm of possibility that he does it again?

That's silly thinking...of course it's possible and by all accounts, it sounds probable

Why would he want to be? They are one of the worst teams in the league

Who in their right mind would leave being the dc of the dallas cowboys, a team that is going to win 11 or 12 games and be in the playoffs?

Will McClay and the other guy should get most of the credit for drafting. Not JG.

Does it really sound probable by *any* account? I've got very little concern he leaves for a lateral position. Much less for a demotion.

JG is a good CEO type coach. The current setup we have now seems to work well. He delegates to his assistants and focuses on leading the team. Which he does well. When he had to run the offense it was not good. Not creative, didn't use the entire field, abandoned run game, didn't utilize weapons to full potential, no screens, didn't move dez around to scheme him open, didn't move the pocket using bootlegs, on and on. I attribute draft success to the guys that do that for a living. Will McClay and coskowski.
