I'd gladly pay $200 for the Sunday Ticket.

Problem is that they've raised it to $280.00.

You must not have cashed in on the deals DirecTV was giving for the Sunday Ticket.

I have it and was scheduled to pay about $370 (I have the HD channels). I was seriously considering dropping the service, particular since my salary has been reduced due to economic hardtimes.

I called and said, "I really like the Sunday Ticket but my salary has been reduced. What can you offer me to keep me as a customer?"

Both line: I'm now getting the Sunday Ticket for ... $130 AND I get to keep the HD games.

If someone is paying the higher price, they're being taken to the cleaners. DirecTV has been offering such deals for awhile. You just have to talk to them. They don't want to lose customers so they're willing to give you some deals to keep the service.

I'm unable to get Directv because the signal is not available in my area which is why the Redzone Channel will make my sundays more entertaining.

Do the math guys everyone that has DirecTV is paying for the ticket whether they have it or not. They do not have enough subscribers to the ticket to pay for the cost of carrying it so they pass the cost to the rest of the subscribers.

unless its raining.

I had directv but now I'm with verizon and not planning to switch b/c their HD signal is good, and the internet service is smoking.

There must be a website that streams nfl games. Anybody know of one?

I just used the NFL Network "RedZone" feature as tool to get free Superfan and a hefty discount on Sunday Ticket.

I'm a Sunday Ticket subscriber and have been since its inception. But I just called and said I wanted to cancel and get a refund because now I could just watch the NFLN's RedZone.

They gave me an additional $60 discount on Sunday Ticket and free Superfan to keep me from cancelling.

Pretty Sweet!
