I expect Vrabel sits out this year and he and Beli team up for next year's openings. Either Beli and HC and Vrabel as DC with a contract that makes him the next coach when Beli retires OR Beli as GM and Vrabel as HC.

In order for Dallas to get better the DC hire needs to be someone who can evaluate the defense with an objective lens in order to fix the things that are broken (i.e. the run defense)

I’d say #5 was in question down the stretch this year. Especially in the GB game.

I dont want any coach who road coattails of hall of famers and have nothing that they do unique. Atleast belicheck had unique defensive gamelans. Staley just had hall of famers and said "go play"
