They are basically the same system just with some changes.

The defense will still be a 3-4 but a different style. The changes being in the gap responsibility and the aggressiveness.

The Offense will still be close to last year with a few changes.

There are changes but they are not major changes like going from a 3-4 back to a 4-3 or going from last years offense to a WCO.

I could not tell you how long, or even speculate to how long, it would take the team to get comfortable with the differences even if they are not major ones.

i predict the skins will go 7-9 no better than 8-8 3rd in the nfc east. as for our boys i predict 10-6 hopefully 1st in the east if not, 2nd to philly

It will neither be a new offensive scheme nor a new defensive scheme. The offense is being tweaked and will be utilizing/showcasing Owens more, etc.; and the defense is being slightly upgraded to be more aggressive (blitzing, etc.). It's not like we're changing to the Run-N-Shoot and reverting back to a base 4-3.

The New Orleans Saints learned all new systems on offense and defense in 2006 and improved from 3-13 to 10-6. That can happen when the system is designed to fit the team.

Depends which Chicago team shows up. Last year, they started the season out really good offensively (when Grossman was playing well)

The Giants give us trouble. We don't matchup with them well, for whatever reason, it seems.

huh? but anyways jacobs gave us problems both games. everybody thinks cause tiki is gone the giants have no offense anymore. i think drougns/jacobs combo will work out pretty well for them this year
