Without Zeke, Chris Jones becomes a critical player MERGE

In 21's best year in yards and averaged he led the league in "yards before contact" if the o-line can offer Tony the same luxury we'll be just fine.

I guess L.P.Ladouceur will become a critical player as well. Got to get clean snaps to the punter . :)
yes, but that's not really a variable. LP has always done a clean job there. It's a lot more of a variable whether or not Jones will down his kicks as deep in the field of play as possible without kicking returnable line drives or kicking a touchback when you're near midfield.

Until the return of Zeke, expect to see a LOT of Chris Jones out there.

Since a lot of drives will be three-and-out and similar, and the Cowboys will still have one of the top 3-5 defenses in the NFL, it's imperative that Chris Jones has to have a great season doing his job, at least until/if Zeke comes back.

Agreed?
Nein, nunca, nicht...

eagles suck.
wentz sucks.
pederson sucks.

Cowboys and Eagles both rock.

Cowboys LBs >>>>>>>> Eagles LBs

But Pederson and Wentz >>>>> Garrett and Prescott. Anything else is laughable.

If Zeke misses the opener the Dak haters have their narrative already set up for them.

Cowboys win: "It was only the Giants".

Cowboys lose: "Dak sucks and needs Zeke to win".
If they lose to the Gnats...eggs on this entire organization and fan base for overblown roster analysis and lack of a real coach.

If you choose, I can pick you an appropriate Eagle-centric avatar?

Seriously. You have even made Rowdy look good.

Nope. None of us has any idea what the Dallas offense is going to look like. Even with Zeke in the lineup it'll be 3-4 games before we can really tell what kind of team we have, so I'll never understand why some fans are so ready to give up before the team has played a down. Maybe that makes me an optimist or a homer or whatever label people want to put on me, but I'm gonna wait to see the team play a few games before I form opinions.

Like most everyone else the most interesting thing to me is going to be seeing how well the offense moves with Pollard at RB1 instead of Zeke. But there are a ton of other variables to consider, like the return of Travis Frederick and Jason Witten, Williams 15 pounds stronger, Cooper after an offseason with the team and in the lineup from game one, and Kellen Moore. The Dallas offense was top-five or so the last 10 games of the season. I'm not sure Amari Cooper isn't the most important player on the team.
