How?

When has Jerry ever hired a HC with no prior coaching experience?

Garrett was a 2 year QB coach. Groomed by Jerry to become HC. The resume was a little light. Kellen Moore.. another one.

Off the top of my head, Jim Harbaugh may be the best player turned coach in recent memory. And he had like 2 good years his whole career

I could definitely see him coaching TEs. Even Jerry isn’t dumb enough to make him the head coach (I think).
