At this point the Cowboys could be 17-0 going in to the playoffs and I would still be expecting them to choke in the first game.

We all do the same thing Every year. And the same thing happens most years we crush some teams. Then lose a game against a weak team. Then we crush another team. Aannnddd then we lose badly against a good team we think is a measuring stick.

Now we will go on a streak and beat some good teams. And drop a few along the season and make the playoffs. We will get happy again and say now we are in playoffs it’s a new season. Then comes the playoffs. One and done or win the first one and think it’s Super Bowl time and drop the next one.

We are in stage 2 now.

This loss was huge with regard to the fan “care meter.” Jerry is losing his fanbase and you can’t convince me he gives a hoot as long as the money keeps coming in……it’s over here as far as real success goes, clearly.
