Murray wont be missed when this guy is running the ball

The Peppers fumble was only the latest on a long list of big game fumbles. It would have been more forgivable it he would've have made more of an effort to carry the ball high and tight but it seemed like every game you would see a replay of him carrying the ball loose and away from the body. Rod will be allocating extra practice time to knocking the ball out every week we play the Eagles.

Peppers stripped him with one arm robbing the Pokes of a touchdown that would have clinched the game.
For all the good he did, he left a lot of yards on the field and cost us at least the first and last games of last year with turnovers.
MacFadden was a high 1, Williams a high 2, and Randle was probably two rounds better than he went due to knucklehead syndrome which he still demonstrates. No one after round two was better raw talent than this trio. And after all, raw/projected talent is all the draft is about.
I don't think Murray was the back to get us to the next level. He proved that in Green Bay.

No thank you for probably the biggest fumble of his career.

It was easy decision.

Gone because he needed to be gone.

Addition by subtraction. Other player(s) have to step in, step up. Next man/men up!

Keep him for "stability" would hamper this teams advancement.

Amazing how fast posters turn on an ex player.
He has set quite a few impressive franchise records here, and yet he's regarded as average to some.
The Cowboys may very well be ok with the loss of Murray, but I see no reason to continue to diminish what he did for us.
Can't wait for the same to turn on Dez if he ends up walking...
