Early on it seemed Morocco might dominate. I couldn’t watch all but was surprised to see Iran had won.

Both these teams have a similar FIFA World ranking. This game is an example of the bias against European teams in the rankings.

I agree, which is strange because Europe has most of the best teams.

I’ll be the first to admit I’m not a fan of the sport until the World Cup. It amazes me how I’m drawn into the tournament every time. Having said that....I know very little about each nation’s team, but enjoy it nonetheless.
