Would Bills take Bobby C. and a 5th for Roscoe Parrish?

Unfortunately that seems to be true with or without Bobby Carpenter on the team.

Well, if he doesn't cut it then we could be in trouble. Either we find someone who can do it as well or better or we have teams making lots of third down conversions.

With Burnett gone, Carpenter is probably our best shot at the start of the season.

If Carpenter can't cut it, we don't have many options at this stage.

I wouldn't would to start a rookie in that role right away. Maybe Wade likes Rogers or Stewart or someone else. I don't know. But I think that Carpenter could do pretty well in the nickel role.

At least I hope so. We should know by mid-August, IMO.

As I said before Buffalo is loaded at WR... : Parrish, Evans, TO, Hardy, Josh Reed and A guy that they are high on Steve Johnson... Bobby has no future here. The coaching staff has shown zero confidence in him... He needs to go to a 4-3 team..

I once again will go on record saying that Carp will play well this year and at the very least entrench himself as the nickel LB. The guy that started the whole Barbie nonsense is gone and quite frankly he showed his rookie year that he can be productive in this league.

It could just as easily be argued that the coaching staff has zero future here.
