From some of the reactions on this board you would think that we lost a playoff game last night.

Its week two, chill out.

If we as Cowboys fans have learned anything over the last few seasons its that its not how you start, but how you finish.

a very good friend of mine called me after the game last night and said "well we won't win the division..."

And maybe we won't. but at 1-1 that's a bit hard to say for sure now unless you just want to buy up on all the emotional insurance you can.

See you in December. I guess the Tampa game wasn't enough for you to see Romo has great potential if he's not already one of the great ones. But if you want to blame that game on Romo, go ahead. I recall the defense blowing the game in the final minutes, not Romo. It was them with something to play for. Romo didn't even have a chance and he couldn't help the poor time management by his OC and HC.

Untill proven otherwise Romo is what he is. stop defending Him and let it go. just let it go man. Romo is Inconsistant as hell and untill he proves otherwise that's all he will ever be.

Romo was the reason we lost.Yes the defense sucked but when u give the NYG a short field they win.The defense held them to fgs repeatedly.Romo sucks open ur eyes.I will not get crushed again.I do not have any faith in him so I wont get crushed when he teases u then chokes away another game.I expect it now.He is like that hot girl who takes u to ur peak then says "not tonight" .lol.

We had the G-men backed up on thier own 10 yard line with 2nd and 18 with 2 min left and we proceeded to let Elie and his scrub WRs march right down the field for a short FG to win the game.

Our D is just as responsible for the loss as Romo, our corners totally blow and we cant rush the passer for crap. We have 0 turnovers and 0 sacks after 2 games against non-mobile QBs.

Face it, until our corners start to cover and our D-line starts to rush we are going to have a hard time beating any of the good teams.

The D held the Broncos to only 10pts til the late 4th qtr. The O had plenty of time to score pts, and as usual an offensive turnover rears its ugly head.

How is it when Dallas gets to the redzone...they become a passing offense?

Please. If you have no idea what you're talking about, just keep it to yourself. The problem with Romo is that the coaching staff (such as it is) is attempting to make him a "bus driver" and that's not what he is. If you don't know that by now, you never will. The fact that our coaching staff doesn't see this only reinforces my belief that they are idiots.

You mean our QB had a great season because he had a great WR?? Wow that is some shocking news. Guess what? So do 99% of the QB's in the league. QB's are only half of the equation, they need someone to throw the damn ball to and the Cowboys do not have that guy who scares opposing defenses. Opposing defenses can line up man to man on the guys we have and blitz just about every down because we do not have a guy that forces them to double. I have only seen one guy take average WRs (which is what we have) and make a championship caliber team and that is Tom Brady. Everyone other championship caliber team has a top flight QB and true #1 WR combo that scares teams. Unfortunately we did not get better by releasing TO.
