but that is because Roy is the best S in the league in probably the last 15 years against the run. But Troy is a much better/slipperier blitzer.

I'm not certain I would agree with this statement.

There are some very good young SS that have just come into the league. Thomas Davis, Mike Huff, Bob Sanders and Polamalu. There are also some good guys that have come behind him. Lawyer Milloy, Eric Turner, Steve Atwater, Carnell Lake, Lynch and our own Darren Woodson. I mean, those are some pretty good players.

Yes I was being sarcastic.

Roy is a very good Safety. He has his problems sometimes in coverage but on the whole he's very good.
