You know they will get under that cap by restructuring. Martin and cuts like Gallup, and they aren’t carrying what 59 mil of Daks contract something will be done there, maybe something with CD too. Idk, but it seems we’re always broke and other teams have bank!

I like harris a lot but he’s never designed a scheme or called plays. He’s a great coach who teaches skills and technique and he shows great promise but to just promote him to d coordinator with zero experience designing anything is a huge gamble. It’s possible it works but huge gamble

Because we’ve got in the habit of signing too many guess to contracts with big money pushed into voidable years. That makes moving on from them really expensive and you still have cap hit 1,2 sonetimes 3 years after they are gone. You have to do that with some guys but you can’t make it a habit with more and more players. We also don’t trade guys under rookie deals when we can get instant picks but let them play out and get a lower comp pick a year later. And we don’t have a HC who gets players to play up to their full potential
