he is a Jag, 3rd string or 2nd string at best. he is not a difference maker and can't carry a team. that's what we need.
Dowdle doesn’t keep you from drafting a RB. I would certainly draft a RB in the second round. I would not draft a RB in the top 5 of the first round. The biggest problem with our run game is the oline. The biggest problem with our passing game is oline. If I’m picking at 5 I’m taking a stud LT and move Guyton to RT then cut Steele. Let Martin walk or retire and give Bass a shot there. Then your whole oline is on rookie contracts and you add talent to get better. But I’d also sign Dowdle as my #2 because he is above avg. and he’s gonna be cheap depth

if we end up with a top 5 pick. I hope we are smart enough to trade down, pick up a first rounder in 26, and couple of more mid rounders in 25. we need talent infusion and if Bilicheck is truly an option, that's what he likes to do, very similar to Johnson. load up on mid round picks and find those gems.

and if that scenario happens, then Jeanty wouldn't be a bad option mid to late first round.

He is a plus ST player and has a role as a 2nd or 3rd RB on a successful team IMO.

The figures they are discussing in the OP? Yes, please.
I think I'm here too. Fans who want to blow up the entire roster and fill every hole with new players in one offseason are not being reasonable.

That’s a great plan and is possible. I think to get him you’d have to be middle of first round. But if a sure fire LT is there that’s where I’d go. That allows you to move on from Steele which saves money, and move Guyton to his natural position probably improving his chances. And could mean the entire oline on rookie deals which is really nice with Dak, lamb, micah deals. But I love adding picks too

Depends on the contract. 1-2 per year to keep him around is fine. But we should be looking to upgrade the RB position.

we need to move on from Steele and move Guyton to the right side. and draft a top notch LT.

He's 26, low tread on the tires, well-rounded back w/ good work ethic. Maybe it's something to consider so we don't get into the offseason/draft with an empty RB room.

would you please use Grammarly or some other tool to stop using the wrong word?
