Would you trade Parsons to draft a franchise qb?

Ignoring the QB aspect of the original question, what is the trade value of Parsons?

Suppose it's a #1 and two #2's. That's potentially 3 really good players right there. And then there is the salary aspect. The money Parsons will get would bring in another 2-3 quality free agents.

Is Parsons, or any non-franchise QB really more valuable than 5-6 really good players? I say no. Consider also the injury risk factor. The opportunity cost is huge.

Many people didn’t think manning was the best WB when he came out. Picking a QB, even at the top spot can be hit or miss
Only idiots thought he wasn't. Manning had a quarterback mind. Even Stevie Wonder agrees.

Jerry wouldn't. He's not about to give up his "War Daddy."

Yes.

Micah's gonna hold out next year b/c he'll have earned a massive payday that Dallas cannot afford. So might as well get as much for him as possible

No one wants to give up a player of Micah's caliber. However, for a "true" franchise QB, it's an easy decision. Teams can take Micah out of a game as we have seen. They can only do so much against a talented QB. It's the most important position in all of sports.

I would trade Parsons for at least 3-4 other real defensive ends.
