Would you trade Parsons to draft a franchise qb?

Yes. Parsons has already double the mileage on his tires because he has to do everything himself while thieves like D-Law are totally absent.

I would just try to make the offense more Dak friendly………:lmao2:
I'm not sure that's possible against stronger opponents like SF and Philly. Dak lacks upstairs that is hard to correct. Here is the deal
Dak counts 59 mil against the cap next season so cutting him would be tough HOWEVER he can become a backup QB since your
going to pay him anyway. I'm more for no contract extension letting Dak play backup and finding out if Trey Lance is the man or
another QB they might draft. SInce you'll probably have to pay hime next season don't let his play hinder your ability to find another
QB because eventually they can move on from Dak. The thing is weve already seen Dak's ceiling.

No. We don't need a franchise QB. Dare I say, we need a competent bus driver; we need a Purdy.

Defense wins championships and Parsos is arguably the best defensive player in the league.
This isn't the 2000s anymore. They don't even let you play defense anymore in this league. You win with offense and difference making QBs. You just need a competitive defense.

I was joking. It’s over till he retires or someone in the front office grows a set

2024 is the time to make a move on a QB, since several QBs are coming out. I'd trade Micah in a heart beat, just pull a total flush like the Herschal Walker trade. Just reboot. If you have the right combination of QB and Head Coach, you can turn this thing around very quickly.

This is not Fantasy Football draft people. Who is a franchise QB to draft now? It is unpredictable and doesn'tt always translate to the next level. Fix one problem, create 2 or 3 other problems will have more negative impact.
BTW, has anyone seen impact from our #1 draft pick?
Have you watched college football??? Caleb Williams is a stud. When you have a chance to get the next Payton etc.. You do it!!!

I would for the #1 overall pick and Caleb Williams.

Not a mid first rounder though.

Franchise QB trumps anything. I'd trade anyone for one. I'd trade multiple anyones.

But you better be right about the QB you draft.
That’s the biggest Rub. It’s gotta be an ELITE QB prospect. Not a guy who is being taken 1 overall because they’re the best QB in a poor QB class.

Just depends on the grade your scouting department has on him. If it's franchise QB caliber you have to do it. You pay any price.

Do you honestly think Caleb Williams is going to sit back with 5-7 seconds of protection, be able to go through progression twice, take off running or pass at the last second and be effective in the NFL like that, because it's working in the PAC12? And if you do, that would explain every bit of bafflement you will have when that mode of operation fails in the NFL. And this is not to say he can't be good, but the aforementioned AIN'T gonna work. And if you think the running will work, he will be just like he was last year against UTAH. It's Men, not boys at that point. Ask Indy rookie QB.
