What? I was making the comment because it cut into our cap. We didn't, and don't, have a ton of cap room. I'm not sure who you thought we'd break the bank for in FA, but like I said, I'm just glad you're not our GM.

You seem to be still confused on the cash vs. cap thing, but are at least consistent with not wanting me as GM, got it. Also, please don't compare Jerry's strategic ability to release players at the appropriate time with the likes of the Patriots and the Steelers based upon his latest 180 in the cost cutting department. And, don't forget that it was Jerry that gave TO $13 million in guaranteed money less than a year ago.
