This is about the Cowboys making the same mistakes and losing as they did in games last year. It has nothing to do with your tangent about parity from season to season or how teams can rise or fall. No one is arguing against that.

But is it really that difficult for you to see similarities with the way Romo played and the way he played in his losses in years past? I was disappointed the night of, but since...eh. The off-the-heel INT...one in a million chance. but the other two... I guess after griping so much about Romo last year (you know I did), I bought into his off-season stuff about focusing on making less mistakes. That pick6 reminded me of the Pittsburgh game...

In the end though, I am most disappointed about how Dallas got away from a running attack that was working SO well. The Oline, TEs and Deon Anderson were opening gaping holes...why shy away ? that was frustrating for me to see.

And it was frustrating that the defense made the Giants one-dimensional, they took away the run game...and frankly the 2ndary just got torched by Eli (credit to him). Last year there were injuries blah blah...but shouldn't be happening this year. The good thing is that these are not season-killing problems, these CAN be fixed with a little self-disipline by the players. I saw the start of that w/ guys like Newman and Scandrick standing up and blaming themselves and nobody else.

Nice try. Here is our entire conversation in chronological order that we posted them and I will bold and highlight the pertinent parts for you since you are the one who cannot follow the conversation.

This thread was talking about football and the Cowboys. For some reason you just wanted to change the subject and then claim you wanted to generically talk "football".

As for the old site, you used to be a good poster to. Too bad something happened once you became a mod here.
