With the recent allegations of WR's DeAndre Hopkins and Mark Harrison trashing a hotel room, would you draft Hopkins the 47th overall pick, assuming he slides a bit?

I'm just trying to get a consensus, because he reminds me of Roddy White, but if the character issues don't check out well, I doubt Garrett would push for the guy.

Yay or nay?

Most people on here want a good two shoes team so you'll get a lot of flack. I wouldn't be opposed but it won't happen.

I want offensive line not a receiver.

They need to draft their board. If he is far and away the highest graded player when they pick than yes, he should be the pick. This guy can flat out play.

Hopkins would be fantastic value, and those "slapping their foreheads" are clueless.

why most people want a WR is beyond me with a high draft pick, we have WR's on the team and do not need to waste a high pick on another one, same for DT with the number 1 pick, not worth it..IMO

I would do it assuming the character issues check out. You take top value when you can get it.

Good player, but to me he's a 3rd rounder.

I'm with you. Doesn't look like a bad player, but not special in any way either.

Because Austin hasnt done much since signing his big deal and many feel this is likely his last year in Dallas. The draft is deep at WR and some people want a good WR ready to go when Austin gets injured again and/or is let go next year.

Who needs clues. When the Cowboys are the ones running their draft board, not you.

This, also you need to be forward looking with the cap. Draft picks provide cheap labor, this is why they are valuable, also why you need to hit on them.

As much as I don't want a WR in the first two rounds, I agree
