Last night it took place:

Battle Royal won by Team Smackdown

Draft #1: John Cena has been Drafted to Smackdown.

Match Two: Raw's Eve Torres defeats Layla El

Draft #2: Rey Mysterio has been Drafted to Raw.

Match Three: Smackdown's Kofi Kingston defeated Sheamus.

Draft #3: Randy Orton has been Drafted to Smackdown.

Match Four - Good for 2 Draft Picks: Smackdown's Randy Orton defeated Dolph Ziggler.

Draft #4: Mark Henry has been Drafted to Smackdown.

Draft #5: Sin Cara has been Drafted to Smackdown.

Match Five - Good for 2 Draft Picks: Raw's Rey Mysterio defeated Wade Barrett.

Draft #6: Big Show has been Drafted to Raw.

Draft #7: Alberto Del Rio has been Drafted to Raw.

Match Six: Team Raw defeated Team Smackdown

Draft #8: John Cena has been Drafted back to Raw.

What i'm most excited about is that Del Rio is off SD, so now i'll be able to bear watching SD weekly again. I won't even be DVRing RAW anymore. John Morrison really should've been moved to SD, hopefully he is during the supplemental draft this afternoon. That'd be great.

SD has no heels now, Sheamus or someone going the other way would have been nice. There's only so many times you can turn Kane and still make it semi interesting

Mysterio for Sin Cara :banghead: Raw got the short end of that one but apart from that and getting Cena back Raw came out on top. One of SDs picks was Mark Henry :laugh2:

Mysterio > Sin Cara in WWE's universe, in ring wrestling Mistico is one of the greatest in the world, but he can't speak english. Mysterio is charismatic, and can speak english lol. He's better for the "WWE Universe"

Don't be too surprised to see a heel Batista return, or when Jericho comes back him as a heel.

He is the only face they have on the Show now.

Christian, Undertaker, Orton will probably be SD!'s face main eventers going forward. I like what they did so far because they will have to push younger talent on SD, and unless they find another reject like ADR thats a good thing.

I'd love to see Dave return.

Strikeforce announced they wont sign him, so he'll probably be calling up WWE, and with CM Punk leaving at the end of the year WWE only has 2 established main eventers, John Cena & Randy Orton.

He will.

And CM punk is going nowhere.

No, he's leaving.

- CM Punk has been offered a new long-term WWE contract, but at this time he has not signed and could be leaving the company when his current contract expire sin a few months. There has been talk about the possibility for some time, but during the European tour, discussion of Punk's exit heated up. As mentioned, Punk has not signed the new offer, citing "burnout with being on the road for years and unhappiness with his position in the company over the last year." A WWE office source had the following to say on the situation…

"When you look at how the company brands it's characters, Punk is never among the top 5-8 names that are promoted or pushed. It's Cena, Orton, Miz, Undertaker, Rey, now Alberto, etc. these days and Punk is sort of floating right under there. He didn't fit into the youth drive a few months back but he's not treated like a top veteran either. He's just there, doing his job and while everyone knows he delivers, he's never really treated like someone who does. He's never dropped the ball but we don't give it to him really, either. He's treated like a guy, but not THE guy. For a driven guy like him who's made wrestling his entire world, it's got to drive him crazy. Now, the excuse will be don't push Punk because he might be leaving, but the reality is the environment and situation is what is probably making him want to leave to begin with. Either it gets fixed or it becomes a self-fulfilling prophecy, just like it did when Batista walked out."

Denial doesn't make it untrue when every news site is reporting it.

I really hate idiots that do not understand how things work.

Especially rumors that have been around for months and think they are new because fanboys just found out.

i'd rather believe a ton of news sites.

http://pwinsider.com/article/57441/major-name-said-to-be-eyeing-wwe-exit-complete-details.html?p=1
As we initially reported last night in the PWInsider.com Elite section, former WWE World champion CM Punk has not signed a new WWE deal and there's been a lot of talk that Punk is looking to exit the company when his deal expires in a few months.
Internally, that possibility has been discussed for some time but during the European tour, discussion of Punk's exit came more and more to the forefront.

According to WWE sources, Punk has been offered a new long-term deal but has balked at signing, citing burnout with being on the road for years and unhappiness with his position in the company over the last year.

As one source pointed out, Punk has been something of an "Iron Man" for the company, working full-time on the road with the exception of his hip injury needing to be rehabbed last year. At the same time, despite delivering with whatever was handed to him creatively, Punk has watched as other talents developed since he debuted ended up pushed as bigger names and treated as more important than Punk, including Miz and Alberto Del Rio.

"When you look at how the company brands it's characters, Punk is never among the top 5-8 names that are promoted or pushed," said the WWE office source. "It's Cena, Orton, Miz, Undertaker, Rey, now Alberto, etc. these days and Punk is sort of floating right under there.

As is the norm with such situations, a new deal could be struck at any point, but as more and more sources discuss Punk leaving the company as a distinct possibility, time will tell. We'll have more when we get it.
