Cooper Rush is averaging around 204 yards per game. 270 passing yards is not "going off". That's actually slightly above "average" for today's pro-passing era. Today's best passers are averaging 300+ passing yards per game. If Cooper Rush somehow goes off for 300+ passing yards, that would definitely be "going off".

Coming off a 102 yard passing day, the standard for "going off" is rather low at the moment.
You're not exactly a QB whisperer, Ms. WentzRush might "go off" to the tune of 270 yards and 2 TDs.
Please get me a real QB.
Agree......Cooper Rush has "forced" KMoore to slow down with the "pass happy" scheme he is itching to return too. Cooper Rush skills have calmed our OC......that's the big plus.I hope not.. I want to win and I want it to be by leaning on the defense and the running game. If Rush goes off it will basically be the same scenario we saw after the New England game last year when the running game was stymied and Dak threw for 400+ and 3 TDs. It was all the excuse Moore needed to go back to being his pass 'em silly self. Other than the blowout games we never got back to the balance we had seen in the 4 games leading up to New England. Nobody wants that.. Well except maybe Moore and Dak.
i’ve got a lot of love for Cooper, but not a lot of faith.
I think this game is going to be sobering
This is really all we need. He's hit a couple and been close a few times. With our defense, we don't need to get too crazy. He's just got to play clean with no big mistakes.Get a few deep passes on them, make them back off then the run game gets going.
Or Pollard hits a 57 yard runYa know, I was thinking we may see that happen. I just couldn’t get the cajones to actually put it out there
Any time the Cowboys have gotten tied up or went behind we’ve seen Moore turn Rush loose and he starts hitting receivers for solid gains. When we take the lead, Moore then puts him on safe cruise control as it’s been the wisest game plan.
We fall behind by 2 scores and I wouldn’t be surprised to see the Red Rocket go yard…..of course I’m sure there will be a turnover or 2 as well as a couple TDs generated.
Rush scares the hell out of me and Dakota bores the hell out me

I don;t think I'm as scared of Rush as you are. It would be nice to see him push a little bit. Just to see where the actual border line is instead of the one made up by our local, cooper hatin' experts.Ya know, I was thinking we may see that happen. And calmed the o-line too, if I were asked.Agree......Cooper Rush has "forced" KMoore to slow down with the "pass happy" scheme he is itching to return too. Cooper Rush skills have calmed our OC......that's the big plus.
In one sentence he nailed it.That last sentence says it all shabazz.
The ceiling hasn;t been seen. When we see some panic and interceptions...THAT's it.I think you have seen his ceiling just didn't recognize it.

But I think you nailed it with Dak.
