Ya'll watch Rush might go off this game

I really think dumbo Moore will have some new wringles. Load the box and you will pay for it.

Cooper Rush is averaging around 204 yards per game. 270 passing yards is not "going off". That's actually slightly above "average" for today's pro-passing era. Today's best passers are averaging 300+ passing yards per game. If Cooper Rush somehow goes off for 300+ passing yards, that would definitely be "going off".

Coming off a 102 yard passing day, the standard for "going off" is rather low at the moment.

I hope not.. I want to win and I want it to be by leaning on the defense and the running game. If Rush goes off it will basically be the same scenario we saw after the New England game last year when the running game was stymied and Dak threw for 400+ and 3 TDs. It was all the excuse Moore needed to go back to being his pass 'em silly self. Other than the blowout games we never got back to the balance we had seen in the 4 games leading up to New England. Nobody wants that.. Well except maybe Moore and Dak.
Agree......Cooper Rush has "forced" KMoore to slow down with the "pass happy" scheme he is itching to return too. Cooper Rush skills have calmed our OC......that's the big plus.

Run the ball, move the chains, don't turn the ball over........ this is what we need from the Dallas offense against philly.

Dak throws the most beautiful spiral….

When down by 3 TDs in the 4th quarter

i’ve got a lot of love for Cooper, but not a lot of faith.

I think this game is going to be sobering

Would love to see Moore and MM craft a gameplan that exposes the Eagles D— but their secondary is improved, and that has always been the weak link we have exposed.

Their front 7 is fast, active, and solid vs both the run and pass. I find it hard to believe Rush will have much success, considering the diminishing returns we have been seeing in the passing game.

IMO— our best shot to win remains a dominant defensive performance that generates multiple short fields or defensive scores, and solid, big play special teams.

Win 2 out of 3 phases, and don’t make the killer mistake on offense, and we may sneak out with a W. The Iggs are going to fired up and aggressive, play rope a dope and screen pass em to death, run power football right at their speed rushers, and trust the D to come through with some momentum stealing plays.

I give Dallas a puncher’s chance for the upset, but we need a flawless performance from the D (13 points or less, 2 + TOs forced, 3+ sacks, consistent pressure on Hurts, and less than 125 yards given up on the ground)— and a mistake free performance from Rush, with a couple of big plays chipping in from the special teams

Get a few deep passes on them, make them back off then the run game gets going.
This is really all we need. He's hit a couple and been close a few times. With our defense, we don't need to get too crazy. He's just got to play clean with no big mistakes.

Ya know, I was thinking we may see that happen. I just couldn’t get the cajones to actually put it out there

Any time the Cowboys have gotten tied up or went behind we’ve seen Moore turn Rush loose and he starts hitting receivers for solid gains. When we take the lead, Moore then puts him on safe cruise control as it’s been the wisest game plan.

We fall behind by 2 scores and I wouldn’t be surprised to see the Red Rocket go yard…..of course I’m sure there will be a turnover or 2 as well as a couple TDs generated.

Rush scares the hell out of me and Dakota bores the hell out me
Or Pollard hits a 57 yard run

Rush will do and can do whatever is needed of him. So many Dakbois don't WANT him to because their Dakboi fans not Cowboy fans.

I don;t think I'm as scared of Rush as you are. It would be nice to see him push a little bit. Just to see where the actual border line is instead of the one made up by our local, cooper hatin' experts.

But I think you nailed it with Dak.

And calmed the o-line too, if I were asked.

Rush going off this game and us winning is worst case scenario for Dak.

Dak is pinning his hopes that Rush plays bad and we lose so he can come back to much less pressure.

With Rush, it’s the unknown of what will happen in a true pressure situation. I know he’s cerebral enough to make the right reads but can he push the ball with authority?, especially in inclement weather when a big arm is required…….not saying he can’t do it but I’ll have to see him get through adversity.

so far, he’s answered the call and I never thought he’d be a part of beating both SB teams and the 4-1 Giants.
