This just in...people don't complain when we are winning. I'll tell ya man, I think you should run this straight to the anchorman's desk straight away.
Might have missed the point.

He, along with a few others, literally don't comment on anything but Dak perceived failures. The are like pigs in slop when it happens.

Since 1980 only 3 QBs (Matt Ryan-9 years, Peyton Manning-9 years, and Ken Anderson-10 years) has been their teams starter as long as Dak before making it to their first Super Bowl.
So you don't think we can get him a good head doctor? Cure the big game anxiety

Am I the only who feels like the same way Dak got the QB gig is going to be the same way he will lose it?

Let's give Trey a chance and see what he can do. He just might be a diamond in the rough. Maybe SF's trash will be our treasure.

Too bad more fans don’t see his weaknesses during the season despite the good stats and they wouldn’t be so shell shocked in January.
They are willfully blind.

There were plenty of people on here regularly stating that the emperor had no clothes and instead of listening or considering what was being said, many of them decided to band together and gang shame them instead.

You can't reason with those types. They have to learn the hard way

Also, Ken Anderson was the only one that took over 9 seasons (10) to reach a conference championship game as a full time starter on the same team. Manning took six and Ryan only five.

Anderson was also starting in Cincinnati for like 4-5 seasons in a row without any team or much individual success. Way different era in the 70’s.

This thing is beyond over, but I still think Jerry extends him. Anyone cheering that extension on is like a person cheering when a complete stranger makes a good investment. Actual fans don’t care about much other than team success.

I bet a dollar to a donut that Dak get a new contract...JJ does not admit his mistakes.
If Louie Vuitton just made their own donuts Dak would be in some serious off season work out program.
Dak should totally be buying into creative marketing avenues right now, like sponsoring and marketing a Dak apple turnover baking device.
A really nice turnover making machine with Daks endorsement he could double his bank account.

You also can't deny that he got it by feasting on the weakest pass defense schedule in the NFL.
And in 2016 he had a truly dominant oline and runner.

Unsurprisingly, advantages with level of competition or level of support make one look better.

If you want to say that Dak was *better* in a former season, put your cards on the table and we'll see who has the better hand.

Same dude he's always been, this year he just had a nice soft schedule he could put up nice stats on. All a mirage. Pretty stats though.

Jerry, trade Dak and Micah and even one of your kids if necessary to the Bears for #1. Get the QB.
Lol

Maybe one of the grandkids. No wait…trade Jerry’s other son…the one that always sits to his left during games. Not sure what his role is.

BS, you guys will be looking at the draft, talking about the losers we picked up, and happy the choker is back. You can't quit these losers. :D
Ya, there are major masochistic tendencies with our fan base and you can throw me in that pile.
The old man gives him an extension pretty sure this will have major implications downwards for America's team.
Personally, that is my breaking point with my love here enough is enough!

how many of you are on the verge of not watching if he is resigned? Honestly, how many are at the point where they are more frustrated watching than not watching?
I went on record 48 hours ago that I’m done. I know a couple other fans who are on board.

This organization is a total mess.

Especially when it comes to the quarterbacks.

You’re right be he did just have the best year of his career.
Strength of schedule 3rd easiest in NFL, Strength of victory 2nd worst of any playoff team except the Dolphins (who beat us) We have to stop giving him so much credit for having big games against bad teams. That doesn't accomplish anything.

What does it matter when he's choked in the playoffs the last three years? Are we happy with just regular season success? He's shown what he is when the pressure is highest. Believe him. We're never winning it all with him.

And Peyton manning took so long because he had to make it past Tom freaking Brady.
And he was an interception machine. Honestly, Peyton and Romo are similar in one category, both got the game figured out way past their prime. Not to say Peyton isn't the better QB.

This is your time bud. Always active after loses...not so much after wins. You didn't have much to say, along with a number of your other ilk, until this stinker happens.

Then instead of blaming it around the team and coaches as it should be, it all falls on Dak.

It is quite pathetic.
The entire team choked...again. Dak is included in that. Three playoff years in a row...choke. So how does the rest of the team sucking absolve Dak of choking given his high percentage of the cap being taken?

It's not all on Dak, but we're never winning it all with him. He should be kicked to the curb as soon as financially possible (post June 1st) and he's not the only player. Several coaches need to go too.

Honestly, the more I think about it, I'm not sure Jerry extending will him. You can argue what better way to pacify critics, fans, and media than to eat Dak's cap hit and send him a message, fire Quinn and bring MM back as a lame-duck coach? It sends a clear message that puts Dak and MM on notice and gives Stephen an excuse to fill the roster with a bunch of bottom feeders.

IF Dak and MM can pull off major 2024 success they'll get rewarded, if not, go get your new coach and let him choose his QB.
