You Can’t Change Reality

They turned the ball over twice too and we scored on them. Did you not watch the game?

We. Could. Not. Stop. Them. As much as you losers fantasize about blaming everything on Dak, nothing about this team was impressive today.

Are you sleeping in your oversized Dak nighty jersey tonight?

If you put an elite QB on this team, this team would be going places. Dak has been the anchor holding this team down period.

Lol no one is a bigger doubter than me but I think you are being overly negative. Big Mike has done a good job here.
I actually meant Moore as OC. They should have run more on that final drive in OT.

But if they don’t make any noise in the post season he might get the axe.

He’s effectively our Kirk Cousins.

Next week he’ll probably throw 4 TDs and seemingly have things rolling. Then, he’ll have an absolute clunker.

That pretty much describes it. He'll play well against the Vikes, the Daksters will go nuts and then the week after that he'll go 16-30 for like 207, 2 TDs, 2 interceptions that weren't his fault, etc.

Did you see the game Cousins had today in Buffalo ? And the throws he made ? We’d be lucky to have Cousins. Now he did have an incredible WR1 in Jefferson but Cousins got the ball there.

He doesn’t suck. He’s not Joe Montana and that seems to be his bar around here.

No one asked him to be Joe Montana. But they paid him to be a franchise altering QB. A QB that when rough patches hit, he weathers the storm for the team. A QB when things get rough, he's the guy that just pulls the team up by their bootstraps. The QB who just goes out and makes a key play after key play when the team is desperate for it.

He's not that guy. And unfortunately, this franchise needs that kind of guy.

He’d been playing mediocre all year. The Bears have a horrible run defense and Moore could keep them second guessing that game, the way Pollard was running. The Vikings generate INTs, plus they are much better run defense than the last two teams. When Dak plays like this, he does it for extended periods of time.

The guy is who he is. It’s the same thing year in and year out. He is who he is. The offense doesn’t look any different when Rush is playing.

Great game but then Cousins could come back a week or two from now and have a total dud where he makes a lot of dumb decisions, forces balls, etc. Maybe that will happen next week! LOL.

In case anyone is wondering, the first chance to get out from under him would be in the 2024 league year. $52 million cap hit, $40 million dead money.

But they will likely restructure his deal this offseason which makes getting out in 2024 an impossibility.

But you can't look at it that way. The offense DID ZERO IN THE 4TH QUARTER. Dak was a nothing burger in the 4th Q.

Yeah, the defense failed but it's not like after GB cut it to 7, the league then just gave the Pack another possession. The offense had a chance to stop the bleeding and just spit the bit. And then did it again when the game was tied.

So yea, the offense failed us too.

Did Dak lineup offsides at WR on a big run? Did Dak have a crucial holding call?

It’s a team game dude, win as a team lose as a team. QBs can’t win by themselves.

I wasn't impressed with the "elite" defense, personally. You can't let a team rush for 200 yards and give up 3 TDs to a rookie who had none before today.

Plenty of blame to go around on both sides of the ball.

NFL defenses in general suck.

Our defense is elite. Maybe not when Parsons is playing linebacker though.

We made our best defender a average at best defender.

No, they can't but QBs are the most important position on the field and ours is paid to be a top level QB. He wasn't that today in an important game.

The fact you guys can't grasp that and admit that isn't surprising. It's funny. If Dak went 24-32 today for 350 and 5 TDs, you'd certainly not be saying this was a team game, rather that Dak won it. But when he plays mediocre, suddenly, gee guys, it's a team game!

So those type of guys just grow on trees. Could have just dumped Dak and brought in the great Matt Ryan and we’d be 9-0 right?
