Dan Quinn. Sick of him and his fraud defense. How can you just leave a guy open with no defender within 35 yards of him in a playoff game? Where was this pass rush yesterday? Where was anything??

Also not letting MM and Dak off the hook either. But if I had to pick just one get Quinn out of here and his 205 pound safeties playing linebacker. Tired of all his stupid crap.

If Jerry lets only one go, who do you think it should be?

My pick: Mike McCarthy. For the third straight year, we were outcoached.

To hear Shannon Sharpe explain it so eloquently and knowledgably, the Cowboys inserted NO wrinkles into their offensive plays. The Packers studied film and knew all our tendencies and knew our plays better than we did. This is UNACCEPTABLE!

We've given McCarthy three years to take us farther than we've been in years. Not only has he failed, he failed miserably. The better coaches are able to decipher our offense and stuff it.

I don't see anything changing. 12-5 and 1 and done.
Dak was the same player with the same results before McCarthy.

Sorry, I can't control myself! I say Tic Tac Toe, three in a row! None of the above did anything to warrant a job with the Cowboys. Oh sure, Prescot finished with 400 HUNDRED PASSING YARDS, but that's easy to do when your opponent jumps into their prevent defense in the 2nd quarter because your QB once again didn't show-up for ANOTHER meaningful game. As for MM and Quinn neither one of these idiots had a winning game plan coming into this game and it was apparent after the first Cowboy defense penalty......................

Dak costs you money against the cap, the coaches don't.
Dak has failed with multiple HC, OC and QB coaches.
Dak 2-5 playoff record (even worse record in win and go home games).
Dak- Year 8 and still making the same mistakes, and same holes in his game.
Dak unrealistic contract demands.
Dak the ultimate bus driver, that needs a perfect team around him to carry him.
Dak causes the HC/OC to dumb down the offense for him to have success. Can't make chicken salad out of chicken sh...

While MC and DQ didn't have the rest of the team ready for this, the QB will never be ready so it really doesn't matter. Horrible game plans by both and they deserve all the crap and possible pink slips coming their way. I have more faith (not much) that MC and DQ can turn it around (they have shown in the past that they can be successful), but Dak is a lost cause at this point.

@MountaineerCowboy laid it out perfectly

The two coaches have won super bowls in the right situation with the right QB and personnel

The next head coach will be Dak’s third and not one has gotten a contract extension with Dak as their starter.

This is a no-brainer
BUT WR'S ARE NOT OPEN

WE HAVE NO RUN GAME

DEFENSE SUCKS

REFS OUT TO GET US BECASE WE DEM BOYZ

COACHES SUCK (again)

Dak was the same player with the same results before McCarthy.
But he's had average coaches too. Garrett and McCarthy aren't exactly in the echelon of top coaches.
I don't know if they don't create better offensive schemes because Dak just can't grasp them or they're not that ingenious.
I don't know, but after I heard Shannon Sharpe say the Cowboys didn't change up anything in their offense and Green Bay did, and combine that with the fact that opponents have always said the Cowboys play a vanilla offense, leads me to believe it's a coaching issue.
I think all are at fault, but I wanted to force a single choice. I think changing the coach affects Dak and Quinn.
Hence, my answer.

Quinn has to go. The defense was destroyed yesterday and it is Quinn's philosophy that was taken apart.

I would say Dak next but that situation is complicated by his contract and the salary cap. I don't want to see a rebuild and suffer through losing season the next 5 years. I am tool old for that again. So I go back to what I said last year. Build a team that can run the football, and stop the run. With out DBs we can also shut downt he pass, but we need bigger stronger players up front. We need real LBs not 200 lb safeties trying to defeat 320 lb blockers.
Wow. Someone who actually gets it.

Maybe the coachs are limited because of the QB.

1. DQ then 2. MM then 3. Dak would be my order of preference. We have an AVERAGE Defense yesterday and we are in that game. Our D looked absolutely awful. Yes, Dak threw 2 picks ultimately giving them two scores, but I believe that happened out of desperate measures being taken to make something happen. If I had my preference all three would go and we would see what we have in Lance after picking up a head coach OC and DC.

Did Mcarthy throw the red zone pick and pick 6? Did mcarthy miss Cee Dee on open passes? Did mcarthy take a sack and give up 3 points. No, Dak did that. Most agree Mcarthy seemed to help Dak. But, you can only help a player so much! Why not give him a QB to develop? You can’t afford to pay Dak, Cee Dee and Parsons and Tyler smith anyway. Dak has had 8 years. The first contract was a mistake. He’s also aging in football terms. Time to move on. Just like the Bengals moved on from Dalton. The Ravens did from Flacco, the 49ers with Garrapplo and the Chiefs with Alex Smith. You can get a new QB. Enough of this it’s too hard crap. Don’t keep getting the same results. Will it maybe not work? Maybe? But, we know Dak’s ceiling. We know he only plays well if the team carries him and the defense gets multiple TO’s. He’s had more than enough chances. This team went 5-1 with Cooper Rush. Dak is a good person. I wish him luck in life. Football wise, it’s time for the Cowboys to move on.

Quinn will get a job elsewhere. We need to keep Prescott until we have another quarterback groomed. It would be nice to get somebody in the 2nd round, or even the first if a good one slides to us.
