You Have To Sell At The Trade Deadline

Dlaw, martin, Tolbert, cooks, Turpin, Micah, pretty much anyone should be on the block. Most of these guys wouldn't bring a 5th. Wouldn't hurt to see what you can get then decide.

Honestly, DLaw and Martin probably could draw at between a 2-4, maybe even a first in DLaw's case depending on the team. Micah probably draws at least a first and a second the following year it not two firsts. That can start a really good rebuild.

Micah should be 2 1sts. Everyone else is even put the pick an extra year out to bump it up a round so a 2026 3rd instead of of 2025 4th etc for anyone not named Micah.

You could maybe get a 2nd for Parsons. That’s it. The other teams know Dallas isn’t going anywhere.

Lions lost Hutchinson, give them DLaw. Someone needs a guard, give up Martin.

Martin, Hooker, Cooks, ANYONE you think will decline or age out in the next 3-5 years you should be trying to offload

If Jerry has the hubris to think this team is close to being a contender, than he’s not just a bad owner, he’s completely lost all grasp of logic
Only one problem, this team has a senile 82 year old GM who has zero clue how to build a roster. He’s too stupid to take the pulse of this team and do what needs to be done. Instead he will keep trying to sell us his crap. 2 games out out of first, Parsons coming back etc

Exactly, and that's the first way to prepare the team for Manning.

Sure, but that is not how we operate. We don't have the relationships in other front offices to pull off trades bc we don't have a functioning GM.

I would sell anyone with any value including Michal, CD, Dak, etc. this team will not be better next year so load up on draft picks and try and shorten the rebuild to 2-3 years vs 5-10. When the best players will be past their prime anyway.

LOL
Now you’re waking up when its too late
The players that need trading are Diggs and Parsons
This is why some of us were against signing Dak
We are going nowhere for at least 2 years

Apart from Parsons, Lamb and Dak (untradeable) I would consider anything.

The Cowboys don't ever do this. They never trade away their good players for a rebuild. Jimmy did it with Walker, but that was back in the late 80s. They'll trade no one, and sign Parsons next year.

Jerry should be embarrassed. But he's too much of an egomaniac for that to be possible.

Parsons, Lamb, Diggs, Dak (If he agrees), is where the value is. You can't rebuild on 3rd and 4th round picks.

Thank you.

These Madden dorks think they'll trade Lance for a 1 and Cooks for a 3.

Reality check: teams would give up picks for Parsons, Lamb, to a lesser extent Guyton and Overshown.... i.e all the players you DON'T want to get rid of,... and that's it.

If YOU, a Dallas fan, don't want the player....I assure you other GMs don't either.

Other GMs aren't stupid, senile, and soaked with urine like ours is.
I’d trade Parsons. He will be pulp in 4 years once Dak is finally gone anyway

Keep Parsons and Lamb
Have to keep Dak

Rest is fair game

The rest gets us nothing. Nothing to rebuild with.
In a rebuild you are going to need 3rd and 4th round picks. I would take a 4th (conditional 3rd) for Fergusson as an example

The TRADE talk has to STOP!!!! We're not happy with this team, so what makes anyone think that we'll get something in return for them????? We trade Hooker, ok we feel like he's doing bad for us, so what are you all expecting to get a 3rd round pick?? Doesn't work like that, we're lucky to get a 6 or 7th!

What would you take for Fergusson and Overshown?

If you are going to trade Micah Parsons you need to trade him now. Detroit and Baltimore are bonafide Super Bowl contenders that are missing Parsons juice of the edge. Get them in a bidding war and you could get quarterback type draft capital for him. Parsons would be the missing piece for both teams.
