It stinks to say this but Wade is not going to change; I think it's too late for that. Just look at the players who have declined in play since they signed multi-year deals (whether they were injured or not)
Patrick Crayton- totally disappeared
Tony Romo- continues to struggle in clutch situations
Flozell Adams- he may have been HURT but he was not INJURED (Parcells always preached the difference between the two)
Ken Hamlin- this deal upsets me the most. His deal was NOT warranted after one good year of play
Greg Ellis- ever since he got that "extension" from Jerry his play has been inconsistent
Terrell Owens- whether he has lost a step still remains to be seen, but he is clearly not the same player he was in 07'
Roy Williams (S)- he just got worse and worse; I'm starting to think football just isn't important to him
Marion Barber- the jury is still out whether or not he's a full-time back. Hasn't
proven it yet.
The only players who have warranted their contracts in my opinion are Jason Witten, Jay Ratliff, Bradie James and Leonard Davis
