Since I lived in Florida for much of my childhood, live Dallas Cowboys games were hard to come by. My first live regular season game was 1990 in Tampa Bay. 28 yard Aikman to Irvin touchdown with under two minutes left won the game.

That was one of the games that told me that the Cowboys just might be building something special. Boy, was I right. Another one was a victory against the Rams at LA, maybe in that same season. I'm not sure.

There are two things in my life you don't mess with. My Cowboys, and my dog. Just ask my ex wives.

:lmao2:

I have a couple of those two! Dog ran away...... But still have my Cowboys.

First Game Viewed
12/21/1968 - Cowboys @ Browns for the Conference Championship
Watching on TV in my living room, we lost 20-31.

First Game Attended
09/14/1980 - Cowboys @ Denver

one of the first dates with my future wife.

A good Cowboys team got creamed by the lowly Broncos who had Matt Robinson at QB. Typical Mile High Hysteria where the unexpected happens routinely.

But the marriage is in its 24th year. :)

1983 vs the Giants. I remember it because I got deathly ill and went into a comma about 4 days later, came out of it 10 days after that... looked up from my hospital bed and the Cowboys were whipping up on the Vikings on TV.

What a life! Just stay in a coma between Cowboy games.

...no offense intended, glad you obviously recovered.

First Game Watched off memory.

1981 ..NFC Championship game. "The Catch"... I was 7 and cried after the game.

1st Live game.

1984 Dallas vs. Wash @ Texas Stadium. I remember two breakdancers was the halftime entertainment. They even played this game on NFL Classics.

I don't remember much about the first game I watched, but I know it was a Commanders game in 1994 because my mom was watching it also because she is a Commander fan. We won 34-7.

I barely remember it. All I knew was is that I HATED the Commanders ever since

Believe it or not, my first time seeing the Cowboys "live and in person" was this year's playoff game against the Giants.

My first and only Cowboys game to attend was in December 2003 at Texas Stadium vs the Giants. We won 19-3. We clinched a playoff birth that game with Quincy Carter. The three most memoriable moments was the crowd electricity (was actually loud), a long bomb to Galloway and Witten's FIRST TD!!!!! I'm proud to actually have seen his first TD not knowing what kind of player he'd become.
