Some years yes, but that in this draft that would mean that Garrett and Thomas are the only DEs taken before #28. That seems almost impossible to happen.

I could also see the team looking hard to trade down if the above mentioned top 3 are off the board. There's a clear separation in value once you get past those 3 targets IMO.... tier 2 and 3 are somewhat blurred for me. I'd personally have Watt in tier 3 but believe the team may like him more than I do
