2024 Zeke = 2015 Darren McFadden.
I would be esctatic to get that kind of output from Zeke. Dmac was over 1000 yards and and additional 350 in the air.he only started 10 games. Now maybe he was in more but if Zeke can copy that which i doubt I would be doing a happy dance and the team will be performing well

He’s definately not the answer but he is versatile, can pass protect, and bang it in from the one yard line. If we had a guy like Zac Chabonnett it would be a good signing, unfortunately our RB room is JAG city.

We sign Zeke to a pathetic lot of RBs.

Eagles have Saquan and drafted Shipley.
49ers have the best one in the league and added Geurendo in the draft.
Team that Smoked us last year in the playoffs adds Josh Jacobs and Marshawn Lloyd in the draft.

Not excited at all.

Pollard turned into the better blocker before zekes time was up. I can just see teams stacking the box the moment zeke steps on the field

Hopefully it's just a quick reunion of Dak n Zeke before they both go bye bye next year

DMac had 4 rushing TDs in 2015. Zeke will have that many by game 5. The biggest benefit from having Zeke back on the roster is he has been the best short yardage and goal line runner in the league for the better part of four years. Even in the two seasons he played on one leg he was top two in that department. Father Time as they say is undefeated and has robbed Zeke of his home run ability. But everything else about his game is intact. This team absolutely missed his toughness and physicality last season. Glad to have him back.

Why would they do this if Zeke is as washed up as you seem to indicate? If true wouldn't it be more likely that teams would not respect the threat of the run with Zeke in and offer light boxes?

I love Zeke, but this does nothing to move the needle. Hopefully he is still good at picking up 18 inches on 3rd and 1.

Rams have Kyren Williams and they drafted Blake Corum as well. Man this is embarrassing

With this line? I think it’s a strong possibility which is probably what they’re thinking.

Why wouldn't you stack the box on 3rd and short especially with someone like zeke? The OL has more to do with it then zeke if the picks pan out like most predict.

For those of us that want to blame the players or coaches, or even worse, a single player or single coach, on why the Cowboys haven't won anything in nearly 30 years ... moves like this should show you that you are blaming the wrong people.

The only positive I can muster with this signing is at least we have a good pass blocking RB on the roster (if Zeke hasn't lost that skill yet).

What do you think about the offensive line?
