The problem for guys like Zeke is they don’t deal with adversity. They dominated high school and college. They can count on one hand the amount of losses they suffered through both.

Now in the nfl when things go bad they don’t know how to handle it
 
I am sure Elliott is taking it real hard. I sure hope Elliott does not do something stupid and get suspended and void all his guaranteed money. That would really hurt the team.

Yet he will be back in as a starter on our first drive. This has been consistent for him this year, and if not to be punished he needs to sit and watch Pollard for a bit
 
how many RBs play with Sleeves? people are talking about his use of sleeves and most RBs dont like sleeves because they lose feel of the ball ..like Qb wearing gloves, they dont like it..

Look I can understand getting the ball punched out once in awhile even if you have a good grip. Some defensive players make plays. It happens.

But when it continues to happen and that one last night where he was doing his Deion imitation by carrying the ball loose and in with his arms out should NOT happen.

Totally took the life out of the team. Once again the Defense was hung out to dry. I wanted Zeke benched for a series or 2 after the 1st fumble, after the 2nd. They finally did the right thing. Pollard was eating. Then unexpleciably Zeke is back in before the series wad over.

I was confused, but I imagion JJ couldn't stand how sad the Ewok looked on the sidelines and made the call. Pollard deserved to finish the drive. There was no message sent. The young O-line needed to continue with the run game. Pollard had energy . . .

Therefore we get these half hearted typical BS sound bites
 
This is a basic leadership trait.

leaders take the blame for mistakes.

someone on the team has to lead.

Im not making excuses. I think the guy is far from elite and the gap between him and guys like Henry is huge. Zeke can’t take over games. I just found this bizarre
