I also like his chance to get a permanent injunction by the same panel, however there isn't a rat's chance in hell they win in Failla's court when the actual hearing starts. (EDIT: I mean the actual hearing down the road, not the hearing for the injunction. Apologies for my poor wording)

His lawyers should, and probably will, ask her to recuse herself from that. They have nothing to lose, but I would be surprised if she did.

But I have a MUCH harder time supporting the NFL and the way they have handled this and other situations.

Incompetence just drips from the NFL, and frankly, the court system.

This is embarrassing to so many on so many levels.
