Whats life like being so negative?
I don't know. What's life like being a delusional cheerleader?
Just remember guys. There is NO middle ground.

I was joking, mostly, saying Goodell and Mara would somehow push the suspension through on December 1. It would not help the Giants necessarily but a suspension at that time would subtract Elliott from the December 10 game in New Jersey, scratch him from the season-ending matchups with the Raiders, Seahawks AND Eagles, and potential early playoff round games. So now we're down to 8 games left to get a 6 week suspension in.
Not good. This lunacy may go into next year.
I meant the actual hearing itself, not the hearing for the injunction. I apologize for being unclear.it won't be in Failla's court and she won't be on the Panel of 3
I think the guys last name was Stokes...or something like that.If you guys are talking about the bleacher report dude Marcus Mosher his "sources" were in reference to Judge Failla's ruling, not in regard to this.
Yes...because if our staff has shown anything this year, it's a dazzling depth and breadth of offensive ingenuity and differing gameplans custom tailored to each specific opponent!

yep, you got it Tom StokesI think the guys last name was Stokes...or something like that.
He said all week Zeke would be playing. We all thought he was crazy.
this is relevant to Zeke's case. The NFLPA legal team could use this case during their argument in support of Zeke. Could sway panel to rule in favor on the MERITS
Unfortunately, he has had no contact with the coaches at all, nor been at the facility, so he doesn't have the game plan, etc....and yes, he's still the best RB we have, and yes, not being with the team as the game plan is put in does make a difference.
More good news:
Do you see me cheering? I would not know, but you are negative at about everything so it is an honest question for you.
Me either. Changes the perspective, at least a little.wow, that IS good news.. was not aware it was only for reg season games
The legal endpoint is the US Supreme Court, which may avoid hearing the case altogether and defer any final decision made at the court of appeals level. There should be some legal END point.. as in.. NFL you fumbled this for too long and this CANNOT extend into the postseason should we make it.
true, at this point it certainly seems like some judges cherry pick which past cases, precedents, and rulings to deem relevant during litigation to fit their political or personal agenda(s)Honestly though, is any ruling relavant, because another court could just as easily say it disagrees - just like Crotty and Falia - 2 very opposite interpretations of the same thing.
It is a crapshoot of opinions - nothing based on fact!!!!!
