Honestly though, is any ruling relavant, because another court could just as easily say it disagrees - just like Crotty and Falia - 2 very opposite interpretations of the same thing.

In many cases, it is just a crapshoot. You need the luck of the draw with regards to which judge gets your case. Elliott had bad luck at the district court level.

So you are literally relying on luck of the draw to determine federal law.
