So you expect him to receive the bulk of the load when he’s been averging under 3.0 a carry his first two seasons? You can’t expect the team to hand him the ball 15 times in a game to improve his odds on finally breaking a run. He’s had a number of negative carries. You need to stop looking at his college tape. He’s not going to see any holes like that in the NFL especially behind our OL.

Jerry makes the final decision on who we draft and if Vaughn’s father wasn’t a scout for the team, he very likely wouldn’t have been drafted by us. Jerry thought it would make a good story to draft him. They spent almost the entire post draft presser on day 3 talking about Deuce and his father while shedding tears.

Zeke has zero trade value. Doubt anyone would trade for Deuce either. He’s done absolutely nothing the past two seasons. He might have gone undrafted two years ago had we not taken him.

It sure does seem fishy because when they showed Dowdle on sidelines before game talking with the coaches he looked pretty good to me..seems like another one that gets the sniffles and can't go.. Jerry sure knows how to pick em.

Problem with deuce is they keep trying to run him between the tackles up the middle..he could probably be very good getting him in space.
